PortfolioMain Director's Portfolio e-business Manager- responsible for designing, planning and implementing a large e-business strategy for the South American operation. Working together with department managers from IT, Sales, Marketing, Exports,Services, Purchasing and Production and a group of dedicated internet programmers and designers she coordinated a series of projects that automated business processes,optimized the company's perfomance on the web and improved the corporation's relationship with customers and suppliers. Due to a corporate approach to the implementation, the projects were successfully implemented in 4 different commercial divisions and 5 plants, which eliminated duplicated efforts, reduced operational costs and avoided 'orphan' systems and databases. Webmaster - Was responsible for Electrolux corporative website which presented advanced functionalities and was in charge of content structuring, technological platform, negotiation with suppliers and Marketing related activities. Intranet and Extranet - Managed the team that implemented Electrolux Brazil's first Intranet and Extranet websites. These projects streamlined internal processes, improved communication between employees, resellers and service partners. The B2B solutions made it possible for the exchange of information and technical documentation between Electrolux and its business partners. e-Procurement- Designed and put into effect together with the purchasing team and software development partners a solution named 'Smartbuy' for the Purchasing Department which re-structured the purchasing of indirect material for all 5 plants.This internal site was available for employees to purchase from a catalogue which was populated directly by authorized suppliers and audited by the purchasing personnel.The time lead for purchasing of indirect material was reduced from a month to around 3 days and the cost reduction was measured in about 50%. This solution become a success case for the Group and it was higlhy recommended for replication in other countries. Database - Worked in synergy with Electrolux France in a successful project that implemented a dynamic product database system for the company's websites. The projects above were measurable improvements in some of the corporation's processes and resulted in an annual cost reduction of 1 Million Dollars, besides intangible value creation. Harmoni Holistic Health Center A beautiful site that offers information on services and subjects related to wellness and holistic health. The site has dynamic content on most pages loaded as per the user choice through a complete administrative interface included with the package. The webstie includes an online store with a friendly shopping cart developed by Webvillage which allows visitors to pay for events and products securely online. Harmoni may then update and control all content for events, workshops, courses listing, orders, events, products and classes schedule through the admin interface. Total freedom from maintenance fees.
